How to download

The Ultimate Midi Box is a living subscription. This means you will never outgrow it. We currently hold between 10-20 gigs of data and will add new monthly files that can be up to 1-2 gigs.  This means your sample catalog is about to explode. You cannot stream for our server which means you have to download your files. Don't worry our files are small if you do individual or folders rather than the whole directory. 

Correct Storage

Since we don't stream our catalog, you must download your files. **MAKE SURE you don't save these files to your device's hard drive. Save them to a jump drive, or an extra internal or external drive. This will keep your device working correctly as our dive is large and ever-growing. We want you to have access 24/7.

Organization tip

We recommend that you create a designated location for your files and watch our quick training videos that help you set up your DAW as well as organization tips. With lots of files, you need to keep organized. Just download our files as folders if you're not sure of the best method. We will not change our layout so your safe to say your will match our organization pattern if you don't have one.

Get access to the never-ending monthly updates that come with the Unlimited Midi Box by using your unique ID Code. If you did not save it, you will have it in your welcome email. If you have lost that don't worry we planned for you as well. Just open our mobile app ( midiinnovation) or log in from the website and contact us. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE YOUR PROFILE ID. This is found by going to your quick links tab, then advanced profile, copying your unique ID, and past it in the message or subject line. Once we get this we will manually generate a new code for you and send it to your device/email/cell or all the above. Once you have your code just repeated this step and log in with your code.

  • How will my midi files be delivered?

    Once you have purchased your account all files will be accessible by download from any logged-in account web access. *We recommend a small storage device other than your main hard drive as our files will grow and we are sure you will download a large amount of data over time. 

  • Do I get lifetime access to everything?

    Yes, you will get it all. Once you are a member. Keep your subscription active and you will have access 24/7 or 365. If you sign up during our beta phase you will get a locked-in reduced rate and this will be good for the life of your activated subscription. Just keep your plan in good standing. Even better once you join you can access all the old files as well as all the newly updated files.

  • How do you bill?

    Our company will bill you approximately every 30-Days with your card used at the time of purchase. If you need to update your card information you can contact our company and a representative will assist you to update your information. Please allow 1 to 3 days for us to contact you. We are a small team that works 1 on 1 with every member. Multiple requests will not speed up the process as we work on a first come first serve response system. 

  • How does the lifetime price lock work?

    It's simple, just be one of our early birds to subscribe and you will be continually billed at your current plan rate for the life of your account at 75% off. *You must make sure that your account does not lapse or your account will revert to the current rate at the time you sign back up. All files will still be retained on the system so you will never lose access.

  • Can your files work with my DAW?

    Yes, all DAWs are 100% compatible with our midi files. Our studios use Ableton Live, but our files will work with any DAW.

  • Are the MIDI files that I use royalty-free?

    Yes, any MIDI files you use from MIDI Innovation are 100% royalty-free & cleared for commercial use, and used as your own. You can use the MIDI files in your music however you want and all the money you earn from your music is yours.

  • What are your payment options?

    We securely accept payments through all major credit cards. Note: When you check your bank account we may show as "The Lower Bill Company Inc."  This is our parent company and owner. You can pay for MIDI Innovations with one single payment each year saving 20% or in a monthly payment cycle roughly every 30-Days depending on the month. Your information is safe and secure and we respect your privacy. If at any point a payment fails, your license will be paused and your MIDI Innovation account will stop functioning until the payment goes through. You can also pause or cancel your service at anytime Mon. - to Fri. from 9 am to 5 pm EST by emailing us at info@thelowerbillco.com. 

  • What if I am unsatisfied?

Can't Connect To Our Server

You should be able to access your subscription anywhere providing you have access to the internet. Without webservice you cannot connect to our server.

Locked out

As you know digital pirates' are real in the modern era. So we will periodically update your subscription access code for this page. Simply open our mobile app for the push notification. All subscribers will be listed in this notice and given the new access code.

How do I download my files and access them

To access your files simple scroll below this section and you will notice a timer of when the next update goes live. You will also notice below the update section another button asking you click it to "Access My Subscription Files". That is all you need to access your files.

I need more help

Before you email us, go to the FAQ located at the end of this page. Since we are a small company that offers multiple services and this particular services is a global network. We want to try to avoid you waiting for an email response which can take up to 72hours depending on the volume. BUT IF YOU NEED US, USE US.
